A U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent shot and wounded a man late Thursday afternoon in New York City, Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D) confirmed. The New York Police Department (NYPD) first reported a shooting "involving federal law enforcement agents" occurred at approximately 4 p.m.
